West Virginia University's submission in 2011's competition showcased ways they use our texture analyzer set to the theme of "Mission Impossible"!

Are you and your texture analyzer ready to be the next YouTube sensation? Grab your GoPro and go! The TTC Student Video Competition Is Back.

Now back in its third incarnation, our video competition is a fun and exciting way for university students and faculty to show off the creative ways that they use our instruments while competing for cash prizes. While we love what Claussen Pickles did, corporations and food manufacturers are not eligible to participate in this competition.

The awards will be announced at the end of the first day’s exposition session at the IFT Annual Meeting (Sunday July 17th 2016 at 5:00 pm). Prizes are:

1st Prize $2,000 2nd Prize $1,000 3rd Prize $500 4th & 5th Prizes  $250

Grab your GoPro, your Flip Video Camera, your HD video camcorder, or whatever you’ve got and show us what you how creative you can get!
