In addition, our server collects information such as your IP address, geographical location, operating system, referral source, length of visit, pages visited, and web browser, as part of website usage statistics (via cookies; see below).

How does TTC store your data?

TTC securely stores your data by using Rollbar and Trello, which are compliant with GDPR and other privacy regulations. See Trello and Rollbar for more information.

TTC will keep your contact information and the questions or comments submitted using website forms indefinitely. You have the right to review this data, and request corrections or deletion (please note that certain information, such as records of the instrument/software location, cannot be deleted for the purposes of license ownership records).

How will TTC use your data?

TTC collects your data so that we can respond to your messages and provide you with the best services we can, contact you with information that you requested and that we think may be helpful, and to better understand how users interact with our website and services.

If you are outside the US and Canada, TTC may share your information with our associated company, Stable Micro Systems (SMS). We do not share your information with any other company.

What communication does TTC send?

In addition to our enewsletter, upon registration of instruments or software you may receive emails from TTC and SMS intended to provide you with information regarding the products you have purchased from us. You may opt-out of this communication at any time.

If you have agreed to receive emails from TTC, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop TTC from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us.
