We offer remote assistance for large or small questions

Texture Technologies is complying with all social distancing protocols to protect our customers and employees. Our Regional Managers and headquarters staff are all working from their home offices. Our Technical Service Center is open with minimal staff, and we are still able to ship new equipment and fixtures and to conduct any necessary repairs. Stable Micro Systems Ltd in the UK has shifted to a blend of at-home and minimal staff and SMS does not foresee any delivery shortages, with the exception of five and ten kilo loadcells, which have been delayed until mid-summer.

We are aware that many customers are limiting visitors in light of the unprecedented situation with COVID-19. Late last year, we put in place extensive high-definition video and screen-sharing capabilities at each of our regional offices. We are committed to deploying that technology to provide customers with technical support, extensive remote training, instrument demonstrations, applications support, and analytical support. The remote assistance can be for anything from a small topic to a deep technical conversation on any issue. We can host these meetings to connect with individuals or groups of our customers.

Additionally, please be aware that we have canceled our scheduled East Coast training class in early April and our West Coast training class in June. We will update our website and send out new notices when we schedule future training classes.
