The Better Seafood Processing School (BSPS) is happening on May 9-10, 2018 in Astoria, Oregon. The focus of this workshop is on seafood quality issues as related to utilization, innovation, and compliance and it is custom tailored to the needs of Quality Assurance/Quality Control staff working in the seafood industry.

Dr. Jae Park founded the former OSU Surimi School in 1993 and the Surimi Industry Forum in 2001 and we’re excited to hear that they have transitioned to the Better Seafood Processing School (BSPS) in collaboration with Seafood Processors Association (SPA). TTC is proud of Dr. Park’s work in this field and is pleased to continue our association with this outstanding program.
