Cooked Burger Patty Three Point Bend Test
In this application study three point bend testing was performed on three different batches of premade, store-bought burger patties. The patties varied by fat content at 80% lean, 85% lean, and 90% lean. Three patties from each batch were cooked and tested following the identical procedures and steps.
