How it works

Setup and prep

  • Define and enter parameters like sample ID name, date, flour weight, bread type and batch code.
  • Mount and automatically weigh your product.
  • Chamber temperature is automatically recorded.

During the Test the software:

  • Tells instrument to perform the test (or thousands of tests)
  • Automatically measures temperatre of the chamber at the start of each test
  • Scans multiple samples in a single test, if applicable
  • Collects all relevant data streams
  • Verifies force and volume, if needed
  • Stores the data to local computer or network paths

After the Test the software:

  • Analyzes all of the conducted tests
  • Determines volume, length, maximum width, maximum height, height at the maximum width and width at the maximum height
  • Offers a 2D sectional view as well as a 3D grab and spin view (rotatable in all planes with user-defined product color)
  • Provides data sortable by any column header
  • Provides statistics adjusted according to new data selection
