Oct 22, 2013 Cookie and cracker baking technology short course cookie and cracker short course wheat marketing center The Wheat Marketing Center will hold a cookie and cracker baking technology short course on December 9th-13th, 2013 in Portland, Oregon. This course will be taught by a group of experts who are all long-time TA.XTPlus texture analyzer users: Dr. Meera Kweon, former senior research scientist of Kraft and USDA-ARS Ms. Diane Gannon, former employee of Mondelēz International Ms. Terri Volpe, former employee of Mondelēz International In addition, a brand-new, custom designed pilot-scale cracker line will be used to conduct hands-on workshops in this course.
