Background

Electric milk frothers have grown in popularity because of their ability to bring the café experience to consumers in the comfort of their own homes. Milk frothers mechanically aerate milk using a small whisk; the whisk introduces air into the milk and the heated base further promotes foam production. The stability of three different frothed dairy milks (Whole, One Percent, and Half and Half) was determined using a TA.XTPlus Analyzer, Exponent software, and a custom 3D printed fixture.
