TA.HDPlus Texture Analyzer

Capable of penetrating thick and tough materials, the TA.HDPlus Texture Analyzer is designed and manufactured for long-term reliability and accuracy to address heavy duty materials testing needs.

The TA.HDPlus Texture Analyzer will perform tests in both tension and compression for cycling, flexure, constant strain and stress relaxation on such products as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, packaging, leather, and adhesives.

There are many built in test procedures to meet most product testing requirements and materials testing standards.

The TA.HDPlus is relatively light and compact so it can be carried if required and can have a 750g, 5Kg, 25Kg, 50Kg, 100Kg, 250Kg, 500Kg or 750Kg load cell fitted and changing load cells takes less than a few minutes.

The operational reliability of the TA.HDPlus Texture Analyzer is enhanced by the inclusion of total mechanical overload protection and electronic monitoring so that the instrument can safely recover even from full-speed impact. User-controlled position limit stops are also easy to set up.

Additional pre-programmed test procedures include Texture Profile Analysis, Adhesiveness and Sine oscillation.

There is a vast range of probes and attachments available to hold test samples during the testing procedures. Stable Micro Systems has great temperature control and monitoring systems that attach to the TA.HDPlus Texture Analyzer.

Stable Micro Systems software package, Exponent, is included to deliver more detailed data analysis. This program, in combination with the TA.HDPlus, makes for a superb research and development tool and helps to improve quality control facilities. The software can be fully customized or automated as desired.

Operating Modes

Four channels of RS485 using an industry standard MODBUS protocol. Each channel logs at one sample per ten seconds at 16 bit and is suitable for external sensing of temperature, humidity etc.
